stabilita respektovana instituce kolektiv benefity lokalita prace

Určitá volnost při výběru pracovní náplně a rozmanitost práce (vyplývá z povahy výzkumné práce).

Smysluplnost instituce, opravdová snaha posouvat školství, zajímaví kolegové.
Rigidnost prostředí svázané mnoha předpisy a nepřehlednost souvislostí. Je to obrovský podnik řízený akademickými svobodami.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Pracujeme často s materiály v angličtině i dalších jazycích UK usiluje o dvojjazyčné pracovní prostředí Je tu hodně příležitostí pro setkávání s cizím jazykem (konference atp.)
