Atraktivní obor činnosti, získávání nových vědomostí z oboru. Od počátku pozoruji zlepšení interní komunikace a spolupráce. Zajímavý potenciál do budoucna.

Milá kolegyně, milý kolego, velmi si vážíme toho, že jsi vyjádřil/a svůj názor. Je pravda, že v dynamické společnosti, jako je ta naše, se komunikace může zdát být složitou. Ne každému toto vyhovuje. Neustále se však snažíme tuhle důležitou součást fungování firmy monitorovat a zlepšovat tak, aby u nás byli zaměstnanci spokojeni. Nakonec, otevřená a efektivní komunikace je jedním z našich stavebních kamenů, což prezentujeme již při pohovorech. Samozřejmě je na každém z nás, aby přispěl svým dílem.
