Před lety jsem přecházel z velkého korporátu a zařekl se, že už nikdy. V Angry je to přesný opak. Firma sice roste raketovou rychlostí včetně počtu zaměstnanců, ale "rodinná" nálada a povaha malé firmy, ve které se cítím spíš jako doma než v práci, ta zůstává. Ve firmě jsem si vyzkoušel víc pozic a každá mě naučila (a pořád učí) velikou hromadu věcí, za což jsem vděčný. Obrovská výhoda je pak individuální přístup a možnost domluvit se téměř na čemkoliv. Jo a multisportka je prej super, ale tu přenechávám jiným.
Vždycky je prostor se posouvat a věci vylepšovat, takže je asi nemožné říct, že nic, i když k tomu není daleko. Důležité ale je, že se na všem pracuje a problémy, které se objeví se aktivně řeší.

Možnost růstu a posunu. Pracovní kolektiv. Možnost ovlivnit směřování firmy.

Muzu pracovat z domova, ale to protoze bydlim daleko od Trebice. Multisportka. Jídlo na pracovišti.
Chtělo by to více pohody na pracovišti. Nebát říct svůj názor.
