Chybí zde rovnost i když to ze začátku vypadá jinak. Férové jednání tu nehledejte, všude jen snaha vytáhnout peníze z ostatních.

Oceňuji otevřenost a upřímnost, vím, že vždy dostanu zpětnou vazbu a mohu se tak posouvat dál. Zároveň mám, díky vstříctnosti a flexibilitě, možnost skloubit práci i rodinu, což je věc, která mnohdy jen leží na papíře a v reálu poté skutek utek.
Tohle není chyba myTimi, jako spíš korona doby, která nyní panuje - už mi vážně chybí pravidelné setkávání s kolegy. A taky je třeba počítat, že v téhle práci se člověk nemůže flákat, což někomu možná nemusí vyhovovat. Já s tím ale problém nemám :)
