rozhodně zlepšit doručování listovních i balíkových zásilek,aby klienti,kteří na poštu přijdou,nechodili nakrknutí a tím automaticky hned neodmítali nabízení dalších služeb a produktů

naproste zklamaní neschopnost vyjít vstříc jakakoliv domluva nulova.Zaučení neproběhlo nadřízená nic neřešila.Už nikdy více děkuji za zkušenost......

Umožnit matkam s dětmi pracovní směny na míru.a na vedoucích pozicích by bylo potřeba víc profesionality a schopností.česká pošta je v rozkladu katastrofa.

Pracovni zazemi. Neflexibilnost reseni problemu. Pomucky k praci. Byrokracie. Neekologicnost. Nezajimave benefity.

Ocenuji dukladne zauceni od kolegyn a to, jak jsou ochotne s cimkoli, kazdy den, pomoci. Jsem rada ze jsem naucila novym dovednostem a stale ziskavam nove informace.

Vylepsila bych pracovni podminky, na pracovisti ma byt cisto a pevna pravidla. Kazdy by mel mit jasne stanoveny ukol a ten se naucit a nasledne plnit. Kdyby vse takto fungovalo , bylo by vsem prospesne. Chybi mi poledni pauzy :D a daleko vice chybi starsim lidem a lidem se zdravotnimi potizemi :( Vadi mi to, ze zamestnavatel bohuzel neocenuje praci, kterou v praci s kolegy delame poctive a opravdu radi.

Samé předsudky se o ní říkají, ale ve skutečnosti je to jeden z mých nejlepších zaměstnavatelů z můj profsní život.
