Nevím, odcházel jsem v době reorganizace a na obou stranách to bylo dost nervózní.

Asi obsazování řídících pozic, je velmi špatné když Vám po 6ti letech začne šéfovat člověk který o ČP nic neví a nikdy před tím u ní nepracoval.

Přístup k zaměstnancům nebyl vždy férový, dlouhá pracovní doba a nepravidelné směny.

Cenila jsem si toho že mě přijal

Buď zvednout plat zaměstnancům a to těm co jsou v terénu anebo zvýšit stav zaměstnanců..

Na mém zaměstnavateli jsem si necenila ničeho.

Větší plat, lepší chování k zaměstnancům, zrušila bych plnění produktů jako byly účty apod.
