I appreciate home office possibilities and flexible working hours so i can manage kids with work together. There is always space to park your car :D
Open space is too big (should be more separated) and 2 days of week is super crowded and almost not possible to find a meeting room. Airconditioning is not working properly while office is full... To much work is outsources to india - than its really difficult to solve some tasks quickly...

I was quite pleasantly surprised by how Tesco treats everyone the same and it feels like an all-inclusive family rather than an employer. This family feeling resonates well with me, and I actually enjoy spending time in my workplace as a result.
I honestly have not encountered any negative experiences while working at Tesco.

I appreciate how helpful and straightforward people around me are. I think tesco does its real best to support its employees so they feel appreciated and valued. The benefits are awesome. Tesco is to my mind very well organized, structured, transparent and in general great place to work.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that the company phone could be Iphone and not android but that is just personal preference.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. Great people whether they're peers or leadership. Very family oriented. High level of support from team leader/managers regarding development. Fair compensation.

Freedom is a work what can describe the work in Tesco Technology - you can do what you want and is interesting for you and also when you have energy and time. There is usually no problem for family and wellbeing. The value of benefits is under the average but we have some special benefits (discounts) no one can give you.
Sometimes it is hard to reach colleagues and co-workers and the processes are not working (ticket or requst is going to wait forever) or are changing too often. Also collegues are changing frequently without complete know-how transfer.
