Možnost růstu a učení se. Přátelská a otevřená atmosféra.

Otevřenost, férovost a možnost kariérního růstu. Netradiční benefity jako páteční káva s Leadership týmem. Neustálá snaha i exekuce zlepšovat pracovní podmínky a prostředí.

pracovní doba, benefity , přátelský kolektiv, možnost karierního růstu, naučit se novým věcem, které obohatí znalosti a uplatnění nejen v pracovním životě. Lidský přístup a rovnocenné chování bez ohledu na pozici nadřízený - podřízený .
Zatím nemám žádnou špatnou zkušenost. Možná chování některých kolegů, ale to je zcela běžné. Ale i to se dá vždy řešit.

Firma neustale hleda zpusoby jak nam praci zprijemnit a zlepsit pracovni prostredi. Mame moznost navrhovat zmeny a pokud je to mozne snazi se nam vyhovet. Muzeme si brat do kancelare sve domaci mazlicky, muzeme pracovat z domova apod.
