Dobrý kolektiv podřízených a některých kolegů
nízká mzda, špatná informovanost ze strany vedení, špatná organizace práce

Prostředí kde pracují většinou starší lidé. Práce od pondělí do pátku. Socialistické prostředí.

Pružná pracovní doba.
Slíbená mzda je doplacena formou prémii, takže v době krize o svůj slíbený plat přijdete. Systém řízení podniku je protikladný. Z jedné strany jsou požadavky na nákup, z druhé strany požadavky na úspory a vysvětlování nákupu. Velmi stresující prostředí co se týká zodpovědnosti. Příšerné stravování. Přetěžování administrativních pozic, snižování stavu pracovníků a předávání jejich práce těm, co zůstanou.
