Dříve školení, 13. 14. plat,
Chování a zacházení s lidmi pod agenturou. Slepé jednání a rozhodování vedoucích zaměstnanců. Neférovost, nadřazenost některých vedoucích zaměstnanců.

Po 20 letech práce se firma rozhodla, že revitalizuje mzdy a výsledkem bylo, že jsem přišel za 20 let praxe o 1 500 Kč měsíčně. Tímto děkuji Hannonu za udělení impulzu k tehdejšímu odchodu.

Nemohu,řict nic pozitivniho,protože nebyl čas nic řešit člověk stal u linky a jel daleko vykonněji než robot
Zlepšit posileni na linkach lidmi a ne stahovat lidi aby stihali dvě operace na jednou ,brzdi to ,aby lidi pracovali v klidu a ne stresovali jestli to stihnou

Zaměstnavatel je to stejný jako každý jiný jako každá velká firma má své plus i mínus.
aby přestali vymýšlet blbosti a věnovali se spíš duležitým věcem co se týče výroby a strojů a uvědomili si že nejsme roboti
