Dobrá produktová nabídka účtů pro firmy i osobní účty. Zajímavé finanční ohodnocení, pokud si poradce splnil svůj plán.

Pomalejší odezvy v systémech, časté výpadky internetu. Zbytečně moc aplikací, se kterými pracovník banky pracuje. Ale bankovnictví má RB perfektní. Mobilní aplikace je dobrá.

Pracoval jsem 1 rok v retailu.Z mého pohledu skvělá banka a skvělí lidé. Dost nepřehledný a složitý systém odměňování a s tím spojené často chybné nápočty a reklamace. Hrozně složité a zastaralé systémy. Žádné oslňující benefity. Produkty, kolegové, nadřízení = 1* Rb rozhodně doporučuji.

pohodové vztahy s lidmi a důvěra. ta se prolíná i do zacházení s flexibilitou - věříme si a proto ji nijak neomezujeme.

Občas systémové věci (technika), ale do toho banka v poslední době investuje zdroje i kapacity a je to na denní bázi vidět
