úspěšná prémiová a stabilní banka, benefity pro zaměstnance, dny volna navíc, 25 dní dovolené
ohodnotit zaměstnance, co pracují v RB déle (např. za každý odpracované období se zvýší fixní mzda) domluvt rotaci v rámci stejné pozice s jinými bankami a předávání si know how

Raiffka dává příležitosti pro uplatnění svých schopností, nutí přemýšlet v souvislotech, lidi jsou zde velmi chytří a iniciativní a navíc atmosféra uvnitř je nezaměnitelná (výkonově náročná, avšak inspirativní a oceňující), takže ani po 7mi letech si neumím představit jiného zaměstnavatele a mohu se posunout dál uvnitř firmy.
Technologie, složitost systémů a procesů, sanhu urvat 30 důležitých věcí najednou.
