Někteří zaměstnanci vnímali chod a chování zaměstnanců/nadřízených, tudíž byla oboustranná podpora, aby jste to vydrželi.
Žádné férové jednání. Nadřízený se chovají odporně a nelidsky (všichni jste nahraditelný) Pokud jsou nějaké neshody, vyřešte si to sami, nikdo Vám nepomůže. Všichni se starají o druhé, nikoliv o sebe. Pokud neřešíte druhý, nepomlouváte a nedonášíte, nejste oblíbené ani v klubu. Šlapou po Vás, nebo dělají úmysly, aby problém sám odešel. Kolektiv katastrofa, ženský Vám dělají naschvály, nikdo to řešit nebude. Jediné s kým se dá mluvit jsou dispečeři, je s nimi sranda.

Pracoval jsem zde jen krátce, ale byl jsem vcelku spokojený. Výplata mzdy každý měsíc včas, komunikace s nadřízeným dobrá.
