Mondi Štětí je stabilní, transparentní a férový zaměstnavatel. Spousta benefitů, rozvojové programy pro zaměstnance, dobré finanční ohodnocení. Také ale tlak na výkon, odpovědnost a neustálý rozvoj.
Všude se najde něco. Někomu se může zdát, že příliš tlačí na BOZP. Nicméně je potřeba si uvědomit charakter provozu a jeho nebezpečnost.
