jednosmenny provoz, tehdy moznost delat prescasu kolik to unesu,
Dozvedel jsem se, ze koncim, jen s 6-dennim predstihem, slaba organizace prace, obcas komunikacni problemy, spolecnost pouziva IT system SAP tak na 20% jeho moznosti, konstatni plan vyroby nebo expedice takzka neexistuje -je papirovy a dalsi hodinu se muze smenit. Priklad: kamion ceka uz na stroj cislo x a teprve tehdy nekdo z expedice hleda jej ve vyrobe, ale stroj cislo x bude hotov tak za tyden nebo dva...
