oceňuji svou kolegyni, od které se mám stále co učit
myslím, že by mělo být více samostatných kanceláří, předělané prostory jsou ok, ale pár chyb tady je ( neoddělené WC, není jídelna atd )

přátelskou atmosféru, porozumění v oblasti skloubení práce a rodiny, možnost home office, možnost využívat a učit se cizí jazyk

Vstřícné jednání nadřízeného. Benefity zatím neřeším. Užtečná je pro mě nová mechanika servnisních strojů, prozatím jen okrajově.
Absolutně mě vadí jednání kolegů, není týmová práce. Pokud by to bylo možné, vylepšil bych charakter, chování, součinnost, sdílnost některých spolupracovníků. Chybí mě seberealizace a týmový duch.

Zajímavý předmět podnikání. Náplň práce. Spolupracující a přátelský kolektiv. Vzájemná důvěra. Značná míra autonomie. Přiměřená míra strukturovanosti. Možnost věci měnit a posouvat. Dynamika projektů a práce na nich.
Značný nedostatek leadershipu! Podceňování role HR. Práce s lidskými zdroji na manažerské úrovni. Nedostatečný důraz na QA. Nestálá a často měněná organizační struktura. Nedostatečná podpora systematičtějšího řízení. Neodladěné "korporátní"/firemní postupy. Riskantní míra flexibility v plnění zakázek.
