Super přátelská atmosféra, skvělý tým, mezi kolegy mnoho expertů v oboru a hlavně velmi dobré jméno agentury na trhu, mezi klienty i v marketingové komunitě.

Pestrost benefitů, bonusové hodiny pro OSVČ (svátky, dovolené), kolektiv, možnost se neustále učit a mít volnost.
Mnoho interních procesů, někdy zbytečné, dost administrativy. Pomalejší rozhodování a někdy neefektivita.

Velmi příjemné prostředí, nadřízení i kolegové se chovají férově a přátelsky. Doporučuji všem, kdo chtějí mít i soukromý život :)

Pokud bych měla vybrat, co mě na Marketupu baví nejvíce, pak to jsou kolegové nadšenci, drive, stabilita a profesionalita.
Je pravda, že práce v Marketupu je jako jízda na horské dráze, milujete ji, ale je pro odvážné.

Možnosti home office, otevřenost vedení vůči zaměstnancům, přátelské prostředí, placené přesčasy, teambuildingy, možnosti školení
Mikro management, chybějící seniornější kolegové, kteří by předávali své knowhow juniornějším, nadmíra administrativy, v některých ohledech už korporátní pravidla a procesy - milovníci tabulek si přijdou na své ;)
