HEWER je náruč. HEWER mě rozvíjí a posouvá stále dál a dál. Práce v HEWERu rozhodně není rutinou. V HEWERu se pracuje hodně, ovšem za dobré peníze. Ze všech mých zaměstnavatelů je HEWER zatím jeden z nejlepších.

Order and rules

HEWER vyžaduje, aby byly dodržovány metodiky. Jednotlivé metodiky se neustále vyhodnocují a aktualizují. Některá pravidla se můžou zdát přísnější, než v jiných podobných firmách.

Security and stability

HEWER vznikl v roce 1997. HEWER poskytuje služby již skoro 30! let. Někteří zaměstnanci jsou v HEWERu i 20! let.

Oceňuji bezpečné a stabilní zázemí, podporu nadřízených, supervize, včasnou výplatu a dobrý kolektiv, i když se potkáváme jen 1xza měsíc.

S domluvou u svých OM. Jsou vstřícní a vždy pomohou.

Nejsem spokojena s přístupem vyšších manažerů.

Férový a podpůrný přístup od OM i SP. Cítím se poprvé v životě v práci přijímána i chráněná. Tahle práce se nedá dělat moc dlouho, ale ve Středních Čechách bych těžko našla tak dobré místo, tak doufám, že tady budu co nejdéle.

Monitoring docházky. Při řízení auta je to pro mě zbytečný stres navíc. Celkově velmi striktní filozofie firmy.
