Velmi přátelské prostředí. Korektní nadřízení a celkové klima firmy.
Finanční ocenění by mělo být zvyšováno ne plošně, ale konkrétně u každého zaměstnance jinak, dle jeho výkonu.

Široká nabídka benefitů včetně podpory jazykového vzdělávání na pracovišti v pracovní době. Možnost napracovat si hodiny, Pro zaměstnance je k dispozici relaxační místnost, kde si mohou i zacvičit, příp. odpočinout v masážním křesle. Šéf, který umí naslouchat zaměstnancům.

slušné jednání. Volná pracovní doba. Home office. Benefity - angličtina. 25 dnů dovolené, 3 dny zdravotní volno.
uživatelsky špatný systém CRM - data je nutné vkládat, ale špatně se dostávají - neumí statistiky atd. Všechny programy SAP, BI, CRM se řídí mateřskou firmou, nelze nic moc měnit.
