Možnost kariérně se posouvat – firma je velká, možností a cest je mnoho. Mzdové ohodnocení. Vize do budoucna – vývojové projekty, růst v dalších lokalitách. Dobrá dostupnost z Olomouce (auto, vlak, spolujízda).

Na některých místech starší prostředí, kanceláře. Stále poměrně velká administrativní/procesní zátěž.

Complex tasks

V automobilovém průmyslu se musí při řešení zadání zpracovat mnoho detailů a změn, které s vývojem přicházejí. To klade důraz na pečlivost, systematičnost a zodpovědnost. Mnohdy i zprvu jednoduše vyhlížející úkol se může změnit na náročný.
