Pro vedení a management firmy je zaměstnanec jen "kus" a podle toho se k němu chovají a platí ho.Pochvalu a ocenění ...tato slova tu neuslyšíte. Vezmou prakticky každého, kdo má ruce a nohy, odbornost nikoho nezajímá. V důsledku to odnášejí zákazníci. Pokud s něčím nesouhlasíte a rozhodnete se odejít, ve výpovědní lhůtě vám dají minimum a oberou vás o veškeré benefity, pokud máte vůbec na nějaké nárok.

Oceňuji skvělý kolektiv a vstřícný přístup vedení k zaměstnancům.
Ke zlepšení nemám nic.
Pleasant work environment
Měli jsme výborný kolektiv a to dělá hodně. Chodíte potom s radostí do práce.
