Přesto všechno, že zde je hodně práce a často nesmyslně procesně složité, jsou tu pořád skvělí lidé a kolegové.
Málo kapacit na velký objem práce špatně nastavené procesy složitá obsluha mnoha systémů syndrom "levá ruka neví co dělá pravá"

Velký prostor pro seberealizaci. Zapojení do důležitých projektů - strategie banky, procesy, produkty. Malý, rodinný kolektiv.
Některé systémy jsou zastaralejší. Velký pracovní zápřah manažerských pozic.

Daří se mi věci zlepšovat, ale je to dáno především mojí proaktivitou, houževnatostí a schopností dotahovat věci do konce.

Opravdu flexibilní pracovní doba.
Neodpovídající finanční ohodnocení. Neaktivita některých kolegů.

- šéf - možnost homeoffice - plat - work&life balance - náplň práce
- žádné roční bonusy pro lidi z centrály, i když musíme plnit cíle - žádné navyšování platů alespoň o inflaci - kanceláře v Brně (M-Palác) - zastaralé SW - nefungující nebo žádné procesy - zaměstnanecká hypotéka není výhodnější než nabídky u jiných bank pro nezaměstnance - neschopní pracovníci na pobočkách, kteří nezvládají základy komunikace a administrativy, ale dělají "business" - žádné smysluplné vzdělávání - šetření na nesprávných místech a naopak utrácení za nesmysly - HR - žádná péče o zaměstnance a nábor je také tragický

Malá banka, dá se naučit spoustu věcí. Zajímavé benefity.
Banka bez vizi, spousta přešlapování na místě. Není jasný čemu se chce banka věnovat. Neochota investovat, spousta "dočasných" řešení, ze kterých se stanou trvalá. Technologická zaostalost. Chybí odpovědnost / vlastnictví za svěřenou oblast.
