The work environment is fairly quiet. Onboarding was fairly straight-forward. The project plan was communicated well ahead of time. This allowed enough time for training and other needed preparations to take place before the project actually started. The best benefit is free breakfast. This is really good for off-setting the cost of living. More companies need to do this. This is one way to attract talent and for those seeking self-improvement. Other aspects that make this company good is its location. Its located near the Křižíkova metro stop, which makes it ideal for arriving on time before ones shift.
I would prefer the ability to travel more within the company. Maybe to other branch or other types of locations within the United States for example. I have not been given any indication that this will happen in the future.

Nejvíce spokojená jsem s kolektivem financí i když mám špatný den nebo se toho sejde hodně, oni mě podpoří a rozesmějí. Také jsem spokojená s individuálním přístupem ohledně vzdělávání (jazykové kurzy, excel kurzy, zkušenosti déle pracujících kolegů, seduo, apod..). Výhody kromě vzdělávání, s kterými jsem hodně spokojená jsou určitě snídaně 2x v týdnu a polévky k obědu 2x v týdnu a dostatek ovoce a musli po celý týden.
Trošku mi vadí, že ne všechny oddělení spolu spolupracují, tak jak mají, mohlo by to určitě být lepší, ale nadřízení se snaží to řešit a zlepšuje se to.

Neeco is a wonderful company to work for. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the benefits I have received in addition to my salary. My favorites of these are the Czech language classes as well as access to personal therapists completely paid for by Neeco. I also have a deep appreciation for the people I have come to know in my time here. The company has created a positive work environment and it shows. I feel I am respected as an employee and my knowledge and time are valued here.

Super benefity, firemní kultura, vzdělávání v oboru, moderní pracovní prostředí, výborný kolektiv, zajímavá práce, seberealizace, možnost učit se a růst v rámci společnosti
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Neeco je globální společnost, a přestože interním jazykem je čeština, směrem k zákazníkům využijete angličtinu, stejně ale tak ruštinu či francouzštinu.

Good, comfortable and open working environment. The onboarding sessions were very informative and the benefits such as language courses are an absolute plus, giving one incentive to try and learn new things which would not have been necessarily in mind. Different departments work together well even though there is always room for improvement which can only be a positive sign. The management team has helped me immensely in aligning myself and my skillset to the needs of the company. They encourage creativity and have given me ample room and flexibility to come up with unique ideas, which is very motivating. I am enjoying my time here, I can see the improvement in my skills and look forward to the future with Neeco.
