Vendavo je "přátelský korporát" – určité rysy velké firmy tu člověk nalezne, ale pořád ještě to není anonymní mašinerie. Velmi oceňuji přístup lidí, kteří pomohou, poradí, podpoří. Díky tomu se spousta věcí dá překonat. Zároveň je to prostředí, kde je prostor pro vlastní iniciativu a individuální projekty, což ve výsledku prospívá všem. Prostředí a kulturu na této firmě velmi oceňuji.

Díky rozložení firmy mezi několik lokací je nutné počítat s občas nestandardními hodinami. V závislosti od pozice večerní hovory do Ameriky nemusí být úplně výjimečné. Flexibilní pracovní doba je super, ale má to svou cenu v podobě večerů u počítače.

Benefity: firemní dny volna, volná pracovní doba, možnost home office, firemní pozornosti (snídaně, občerstvení, ...)

Poněkud korporátní přístup.

Skvělí kolegové, přátelské vztahy v týmu, možnost kariérního růstu, dobré ohodnocení, dobré benefity, flexibilní pracovní doba, neomezená práce z domu.

Vedení firmy je v US, takže komunikace a porozumění přes oceán někdy vázne, ale v rámci možností to není úplně špatné.
