Přátelský přístup, příjemná atmosféra, respektování osobních potřeb

Myslím že první hodina práce by měla být lépe placena. Když člověk někam cestuje po Praze a má na místě práci na 1 - 1,5 hodiny, tak se příště raději takové práci vyhne.

Na Tamtamech oceňuji naprostou férovost, otevřenost v komunikaci, dobré vztahy. Také pochopení pro můj hendikep. Pohodu, dobrou atmosféru. To se jen tak jinde nenajde. Vážím si toho a chci zde vydržet co nejdéle.

Nenapadá mne opravdu nic, s čím bych byla nespokojená.

Profesionální přístup v jednání k lidem ,jak k zákazníkům tak i k zaměstnancům. Lidský a srdečné jednání k pracovním , ale i k soukromým záležitostem. S lepším přístupem vedení a nadřízených jsem se nesetkala , Je to jak jedna velká rodina.

Asi nejvíce spokojena jsem s asertivním, citlivým, vstřícným a přátelským přístupem, férovým jednáním, finančním ohodnocením a ekologickým smýšlením. Společnost Tamtamy jsem i doporučila svým dvěma přátelům jako skvělého zaměstnavatele.

Jsem se vším zcela spokojena.
