Někdy je to velmi náročné, ale tak nějak mám pocit, že dělám něco, co má smysl, v místě, kde to je potřeba.
Je to práce s lidmi a domluva s některými pacienty bývá složitá. Bylo by fajn mít na pacienty víc času.

Jedine + byl slušný plat.
Zákeřnost nadřízených. Po dlouhodobě neschopnosti mi schvalne zrušili pracovní pozici , změnili plat.

Velmi chybí urgentní příjem, neboť práce na lůžkovém pracovišti se zajišťováním pohotovostní služby je poslední roky již velmi náročná.
Navýšení počtu personálu, zajištění pohotovostní služby ambulantní sestrou.
