Je zde velmi dobrý tým se kterým se příjemně spolupracuje. Benefity jsou také slušné.
Je to velká firma a tak neznám zdaleka všechny kolegy. Dříve jsem pracoval pro menší firmy což bylo příjemnější.

Každý den je možnost naučit se něco nového v technologicky dynamickém prostředí. Možnost ovlivnit chod velkého publishera.
I v MAFRA platí klasické neduhy velké firmy, i když administrativních úkonů se postupně zbavuje nebo je eliminuje na nejnižší možnou hladinu.
