Skvělé benefity, přátelský kolektiv, super šéfová, je tu dobrá atmosféra
nic moc mě nenapadá, teď se tu staví tak možná trochu hluk ze stavby, ale to je jen dočasné
Freedom and independence
Mám na svou práci klid, důvěru od kolegů a mám své zodpovědnosti. Pokud si umím práci zorganizovat a nic mi neutíká, nikdo mě neterorizuje a neptá se mě na přílišné detaily. Prostě si věříme, že sovji práci odvádíme svědomitě a nejlépe jak to jde.
Flexible working hours
Na každém oddělení je to trochu jinak, ale většinou platí pevná pracovní doba 9-15. Můžu tak přijít kdykoliv mezi 7-9 a odcházet 15-17, podle potřeby.

V La Lorraine oceňuji přátelskou, upřímnou a konstruktivní komunikaci. Na našem oddělení opravdu vidím, že se snažíme pracovat jako tým a nedělat rozdíly. Díky flexibilitě mohu skloubit práci a rodinný život. Baví mě to tu čím dál více :)
Díky neustálé výstavbě někdy člověk nemá ideální pracovní prostředí, nicméně stavba postupuje rychlým tempem a věřím, že se ani nenadějem a budeme mít novou kantýnu i kanceláře.
