nabídli mi práci, když jsem ji hledala a mohla jsem nastoupit relativně záhy, nečekala jsem na x kol výběrového řízení

K zaměstnancům se chovala Citi férově. Ovenila jsem celobankovní kulturu. Tykání bylo povinné pro všechny což usnadňovalo firemní komunikaci. Práce byla náročná, ale naplňující a na velmi profesionální úrovni.
Citi nás nakonec prodala celou Retail část banky i se zaměstnanci. To bych jí vytkla :-). Přesto se zachovala k zaměstnancům fér a vyjednala dobré podmínky.
