Osobní a lidský přístup, férové jednání a skvlé pracovní podmínky.

Občasná zahlcenost administrativou, ale to je dáno odvětvím, nikoliv zaměstnavatelem.

Velmi přátelská atmosféra Prostředí bez zákulisních her Společné mimopracovní aktivity Možnost podílet se i na věcech, které přesahují mou pracovní pozici

Malý kolektiv (asi 50 lidí) zaručuje, že se s každým vidíte skoro každý den a víte, kdo všechno ke společnosti patří a vetšinou i co dělá. Umožňují se tu i zkrácené úvazky, což je např. po rodičovské dovolené super:-)

Stále nové předpisy, nařízení a směrnice komplikují a zesložiťují práci. S tím ale společnost moc nenadělá.
