Kladen důraz na rozvoj zaměstnanců. Pokud je člověk proaktivní, může celkem slušně rozvíjet sebe i svůj tým a to i z hlediska vytváření nových projektů pro zákazníky.
Zdlouhavé procesy, mzdy jsou nižší než u konkurence.
