I think overall I deserve bigger salary and more responsibilities. I had the opportunity to change a company and I didn't due to good relationship with the management and my commitment to the company. Nevertheless, I would reconsider my enumeration.

Kolektiv a pracovní prostředí. Můj nadřízený. Příležitost pro studenty Celkově pochopení systému
Neustálé měnění pravidel pro odměny. Pro zvýšení platu člověk opravdu musí jít a říct i o něj a furt se připomínat. Kariérní posun je pomalý. Aktuální šetřící opatření, není Vánoční večírek, rušení ovoce na pracovišti
