Oceňuji zázemí a dobré pracovní vztahy. Vážím si dobře odvedené práce. Tato práce není pro každého, ale ten kdo ji dělá dobře bude spokojen. Vhodné pro lidi co rádi cestují a jsou rádi s lidmi.
Vyhýbám se politikaření a když funguje technika, zásobování i týmová práce lze dosáhnout dobrých výsledků.

Spolupracovníci byli fakt super, s vedením už to bylo horší..
Vedení něco navrhne aniž by si vyzkoušeli praxi a pak přijdou na to, že to moc nefunguje.

Naučila jsem se pracovat pod tlakem. Moznost využít znalost angličtiny. Nekdy se smeny daly prehodit nebo vymenit.
Kdyz clovek znenadani onemocní nebo se mu udela spatne , nelze sehnat rychle náhradu.

Uchazeč o zaměstnání absolvuje skoleni a zacvikove jizdy s interním lektorem. Dostane také materiály, které mu mohou pomoci se zorientovat v dane problematice .
