Práce v Ekospolu není pro každého, déle než rok zde vydrží jen velmi kvalitní pracovníci, kteří dokáží společnosti něco dát a někam jí posunout, za to jsou velmi pěkně odměněny. Tak je nastaven i způsob odměňování. Kdo se jen veze, brzy z vozu vypadne.

Stabilita firmy, finanční ohodnocení, fajn kolegové, flexibilní pracovní doba, pracoviště v centru Prahy.
Práce je hodně, přesčasy a stres nejsou výjimkou.

Náročná práce a nutnost argumentace proč a jak člověk věci dělá. Na druhou stranu velmi nadstandardní finanční ohodnocení a zajímavé projekty.

Finanční ohodnocení Skvělá parta kolegů, na které se můžete spolehnout Dopravní dostupnost (metro, tramvaje)
Občas je složité skloubit osobní a pracovní život. Na druhou stranu jsem za čas strávený v práci štědře odměněn.
