V Artweldu dávají velký důraz na rozvoj znalostí a zkušeností. Často se konají školení.
Na středisku ARA je velmi málo velkovního světla.

Při hledání prvního zaměstnání po škole mě všude odmítali, jelikož jsem neměl předchozí zkušenosti. Artweld mi dal příležitost připojit se k týmu a zkušenosti získat. Lidské jednání se zaměstnanci.
V oddělení Artweld robotics & automation nejsou žádná okna ven. Špatné odvětrávání/cirkulace vzduchu.
