Při hledání prvního zaměstnání po škole mě všude odmítali, jelikož jsem neměl předchozí zkušenosti. Artweld mi dal příležitost připojit se k týmu a zkušenosti získat. Lidské jednání se zaměstnanci.
V oddělení Artweld robotics & automation nejsou žádná okna ven. Špatné odvětrávání/cirkulace vzduchu.

Naučila jsem se nové technické spektrum a rozšířila vědomosti pomocí různých školení, máme zajímavé benefity a baví mně věci, které nejsou povrchní, ale do hloubky.

Uspokojivá pracovní doba. Pravidelné setkávání s ostatními kolegy z jiných poboček. Sick days.
Pracovní zázemí. Nedostatek kolegů na pobočce. Nedoplaceni na pojištění.
