Vstricny pristup japonskeho managemnetu a otevrenost, jen zbytecne zdlouhave projednavani a schvalovaci procesy. S japonskym managementem jsem nemel sebemensi potize, nebo mi je nesdelili.
Byl jsem absolutne nespokojen s mym primym nadrizenym a jeho pristupem k reseni veci, coz se nakonec ukazalo i pred rokem i pro nej fatalni a na hodinu byl jeho pracovni pomer ukoncen, nasledne prosazovani dle japonskeho zvyku, kdo je v praci nejdele ma privilegia aniz by tomu odpovidlo pracovni nasazeni ci znalosti a chovani.
