Oceňuji férový přístup a snaha vyjít vstříc požadavkům. Zajímavý benefit je určitě káva zdarma vč mléka, dále ovoce, zelenina a balená voda. Díky této práci jsem se naučil oriantaci v normách.

co bych vylepšil? Asi nejvíce komunikaci a předávání důležitých informací. Také by bylo dobré více určit zodpovědnosti a kompetence.

Oceňuji, že jsem stále zaměstnán. Benefity jsou obvyklé a dostatečné. Naučil jsem se zde být opatrnější v diskuzích...

Komunikace ve společnosti je na bodu "0" Všichni jsme si rovni, někteří jsou rovnější. Vrátili jsme se o 40 let zpět - často se používá odpověď na vyřčený nedostatek - "DOKAŽ TO"

Zajímavé benefity, naučil jsem se nové profese.

Velký tlak na osobu, málo osobního volna, pokud se nechci vzdát zodpovědnosti za výrobu. Mohu odejít ve 14:30, ale nebude to fungovat.
