Skvělý kolektiv, úžasná šéfová a že se tady nenudím.
Nastavení vize (komunikována se zaměstnanci), konkrétní pravidla v souladu s vizí a směřování firmy.

Vždy výplata v termínu na účtu. Není problém s vybíráním dovolené, případně s nemocenskou. Není problém s nadpracováním krátkodobé nepřítomnosti.
komunikace obchodních zástupců se skladem - ve smyslu aby si hlídali svoje povinnosti a nemusely za ně na jejich věci myslet skladoví referenti. Aby stačilo poslat e-mail a pak se ještě nemusela posílat sms a volat. Jednou informaci dostanou, tak by ji měli vzít na vědomí a nečekat, že jim bude znovu připomenuta.
