Důvěra a možnost vše konzultovat. Otevřenost a velice lidský přístup. Speciální odměny za zlepšováky. Hrdost za firmu a produkty, které vyrábíme.

Jestli že, něco takového nastane, tak mám možnost na to upozornit a projednat. Takže, za nespokojenost může spíš malá aktivita nespokojených.
