Hodně jsem se naučil a byli tam výborní kolegové v rámci celé společnosti. Bohužel téměř nikdo z těch původních tam už není. Mzdové ocenění bylo také slušné, jak si kdo vyjednal.

Mezinárodní prostředí - možnost denně využívat angličtinu jak psanou tak mluvenou formou, pestrá práce, kontakt s lidmi. Krásné kanceláře dobře dostupné v centru Prahy. Přátelský kolektiv. Možnost naučit se něco nového.

Příliš dynamický růst firmy, díky růstu chybí zorganizovanost, časté změny a někdy dost na poslední chvíli.

Modern new office, great team atmosphere, international environment, foreign business trips, opportunity for career growth

Room for improvement in developmental plans for employees and succession planning. The teambuilding events are so nice, there should be more of them!:)

In Photon Energy we work in teams within and across departments and markets where we are present

Opportunity to learn new things

I have a feeling that Photon Energy builds upon developing and promoting employees internally to be able to strengthen its operations, some people have been with the company over 10 years, having advanced across positions
