Dobrých vztahů s kolegy i nadřízeným. Stability velké společnosti. Českého managementu. Slušných platových podmínek.

U vedoucích pracovníků by se mi líbila možnost homeofficu (alespoň 5 dní v roce.. jsme výrobní závod více by asi mohl být problém.
