možnost růstu,skvělé prostředí,benefity,různorodá práce,možnosti školení
s určitými lidmi v teamu ,na který se bohužel nelze spolehnout. Jinak nemám co vytknout

Kariérní růst Většinou flexibilní pracovní doba
Nenaplněné sliby Nefunkční (většinou) spolupráce mezi divizemi i komunikace Chybějící zodpovědné osoby za určité zákazníky, procesy, etc a v návaznosti na to opět interní komunikace

Samostatná práce, i práce v týmu, možnost vlastního rozhodování a podpora vedoucích. Pravidelné školení pro danou pozici, práce s IS a dalšími platformami

u PST je úžasná perspektiva, tedy možnost rozvoje, pokud člověk opravdu chce. Současně oceňuji formy benefitů, které zřejmě k 1.1.2024 skončí a zatím není zřejmé zda a jak budou nahrazeny.
Dlouhodobě to je stále stejné, nedostatečná komunikace napříč společností.
