Oceňuji, že výplata chodí pravidelně, také určitě to, že vedení se snaží zlepšovat, když přijdou nějaké výtky.
Nějaké benefity pro zaměstnance....30,- Kč za oběd je ubohé. Vedení by mělo více naslouchat personálu a snažit se jej udržet a nepraktikovat......za jedním stojí dalších deset, protože to už dávno neplatí.

Jednal s námi férově, když nastal náky problém v práci tak to hned řešil, choval se k nám zaměstnancům slušně, a když bylo třeba tak nám i vyšel vstříc, celkově upraveno jsem že zaměstnavatelem byla spokojená.
