Možnost rozvoje, získání informací a praxe. Pokud se ovšem člověk stará, automaticky se o žádný rozvoj bohužel nikdo nestará.
Ohodnocení na nemanažerských postech a pozicích nepřímo spojených s výrobou. Ohodnocení výsledků jednotlivců za odvedenou práci. Odstranění postoje každý je nahraditelný a proto nebudu jednotlivce oceňovat za jejich důležitost i když jsou v podstatě páteří firmy.

- zastarale a neprizpusobene novym pozadavkum technologie a procesy (vcetne intranetu) - neschopnost vedouciho neco zmenit a/nebo prosadit - nevhodne pracovni podminky (napr. hlasite vykecavani/porvavani, cigaretovy kour)
Vysoka jistota zamestnani pro vedouci pozice a dobre bonusy: firma neustale presouva do CR vyrobu z drazsich zemi, kazdy rok zavira nejake pobocky bud to v Nemecku, Spojenem kralovstvi, nebo nekde jinde.

Pořád se něco mění, ale je za náma taky hodně práce vidět a teď dostaneme nové linky s Anglie. S výplatou jsem spokojený, dostal jsem přidáno už po půl roce, ale je to hodně taky příplatkama za směny.
