Ocenuji pohodovou atmosferu na pracovisti, provoz na smeny a celkovou prijemnou atmosferu Primy :)

Chybi mi benefity, ktere bych vyuzila. Nynejsi nevyuziji. Benefit dle meho nazoru neni neco, co musim doplacet. A velmi bych ocenila benefit firemni skolky. Take bude tezsi dojezd na planovane nove misto Primy, zvlaste pak, kdyz ma clovek deti.

Na svém zaměstnavateli si velmi vážím, že mi umožnil skloubit práci a rodinu. Umožňuje výběr zajímavých benefitů, které si mohu sama zvolit podle svých zájmů.

Oceňuji možnost rozvoje a ohromnou podporu při mnou vyslovených nových nápadech a inovacích. Rovněž poskytnutí času mého nadřízeného (nadřízených), i přesto, že sami ho mají poskromnu.
