Na pozici,kterou jsem vykonávala je důležité naučit se vše.Práce se stroji,montáž,balení,používání počítače.
Vedení málo vyhovuje žádosti zaměstnanců.Například změna pracovní doby z dvanáctihodinové na osmi hodinové, nepřichází v úvahu.
Security and stability
Je to velká firma.Má mnoho továren po celém světě.Práce pro kmenové zaměstnance je jistá.
