Počúva Vaše názory a keď máte správne argumenty nemá problém ich prijať. Vychádza mi v ústrety s úpravou pracovnej doby a prácou z domu, dáva mi dostatok možností pre vlastnú realizáciu. Veľmi som spokojná s firemnou kultúrou. Viem, že aj v zložitej životnej situáciu by som sa mohla na firmu spoľahnúť, takáto firma sa už dnes hľadá veľmi ťažko.
