Oceňuji, že mám svoji kancelář a podporu při práci, fungující systém, firemní mobil a různé benefity jako např. dotované obědy.
Myslím že by se mohla zlepšit kultura komunikace v naší firmě a profesionalita s jakou řešíme různé problémy.

Na mém zaměstnavateli si vážím, že se snaží o stálost firmy a udržení se na dnešním složitém obchodním trhu. Region firmy je spíše slabší v nabídce konkurence v daném oboru.
Vždy je co zlepšovat a v současné době je asi největší problém s výběrem nových kolegů, pokud se vůbec najdou, aby pokračovali a udržovali chod firmy, což je problém všech zaměstnavatelů.
