My work is seen and appreciated. Not just verbally (even though I’m really glad for that too), but I’m also growing in the company.

The company is growing fast, sometimes it leads to some issues reg. structured processes but it seems that they want to overcome these challenges so overall, ok

Good work/life balance, lots of learning opportunities and chances to get certified. good relationships with seniors and other colleagues
salary could be better but in all no real complaints
Flexible working hours
easy to manage the working day, i.e if you need to start later you can catch up later if you need to finish early you can start early, or catch up on another day. no micromanagement in the time management of your day
Freedom and independence
no micromanagement. pick up tasks, and learn on the job. If needed people are always around to help or advise

Oceňuji, že se můžu v rámci práce dál vzdělávat a získávat další certifikace. Velice oceňuji možnost home office a celkově hybridního modelu, který je ve firmě nastaven.

Prostor profesně růst a učit se nové věci. Práce na projektech pro různé zahraniční klienty - co projekt, to nová zkušenost a nové kontakty. Důvěra a přístup našeho managementu, lze s nimi jednat naprosto narovinu a otevřeně.
Práce IT konzultanta může být někdy velmi náročná a stresující. Naštěstí to je spíše výjimečně a vždy jen dočasný stav, tudíž to lze vydržet, a následně se zase zregenerovat a uklidnit.
