Zaměstnání blízko bydliště.

Uvítal bych lepší informovanost o probíhajících projektech a změnách ve firmě. Benefity v podobě stravenek a příspěvku na důchodové spoření vítám, ale současné částky jsou spíše symbolické. Zvýšení hodnoty by určitě motivovalo a přineslo větší užitek.

V Boki pracuji krátce,je to pozice mimo můj obor a i přes to jsem se naučila novým věcem. Mám děti a tato firma je první kde neřeší paragraf. Možnost objednání obědů a nebo stravenky je také bonus.

K vylepšení je toho dost. Hlavně ve výrobě na pracovištích. Souvisí pak s kvalitou.
